Die SAHB ist eine gesamtschweizerische Fachstelle für die unabhängige Beratung von Menschen mit Behinderungen und deren Bezugspersonen. Wir bieten kompetente Unterstützung bei der Beschaffung von Hilfsmitteln und Einrichtungen und begleiten Menschen auf dem Weg in ein möglichst selbstbestimmtes Leben. Zudem erstellen wir fachtechnische Beurteilungen für die Sozialversicherungen und verwalten die Hilfsmittel des Depots der Invalidenversicherung.

Für unser Team in Oensingen suchen wir per 1\. Februar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine\*n

Leiter\*in Administration 80% \- 100%

Ihr Aufgabengebiet

  • Bedienung der Telefonzentrale
  • Erfassen neuer Aufträge im ERP\-System (Business Central)
  • Personelle Führung und Koordination des Administrationsteams (4 Mitarbeitende)
  • Akten im ERP\-System ablegen
  • Korrespondenzen nach Vorgaben
  • u. a. administrative Arbeiten

Ihr Profil

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kaufmann\*\-frau EFZ
  • Muttersprache Deutsch, mit guten mündl. Französischkenntnissen
  • Versierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS\-Office
  • Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
  • Eine hohe Sozialkompetenz und/oder Erfahrung mit Menschen mit einer Beeinträchtigung
  • Gepflegte Umgangsformen und Freude am Kundenkontakt
  • Belastbare, zuverlässige Persönlichkeit mit strukturierter Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamgeist
