  • In deiner Rolle verantwortest du die Anlagensicherheit und die optimale Verfügbarkeit der Fahrbahnanlagen und stellst als Anlagenverantwortliche:r die Eigentümerinteressen gegenüber internen und externen Stellen der dir zugeteilten Fahrbahnanlagen sicher.
  • Du erstellst Detailanalysen, Beurteilungen und Bewertungen der Ergebnisse aus den Diagnosefahrzeugdaten und den örtlichen Überwachungen und Messungen unter Berücksichtigung der Risiken sicher.
  • Als Anlagenverantwortliche:r definierst du die notwendigen Erhaltungsmassnahmen und verantwortest die Detailbeauftragung gegenüber den Leistungserbringern.
  • Du löst sicherheits- und qualitätsrelevante Sofortmassnahmen aus und leistest Bereitschaftsdienst.
  • Zusätzlich gewährleistest du die mängelfreie Übernahme von neuen Anlagen in das eigene Anlagenportfolio und die korrekte Nachführung der Anlagedaten.
  • Mit vertieften Ursachenanalysen nach Störungen lieferst du den Anlagenmanagern die notwendigen Angaben zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Qualität (Prozesse, Instruktion, Technik).

  • Zu deinen Stärken zählst du Selbständigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Engagement.
  • Mit deinem Verantwortungsbewusstsein, deinem organisatorischen Geschick und deiner Sozialkompetenz überzeugst du deine Stakeholder.
  • Idealerweise bringst du eine mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Gleisbau, als Vorarbeiter:in oder Polier:in. Mit modernen Arbeitsmitteln und den gängigen IT-Programmen wie MS Office Produktepalette und SAP etc. gehst du versiert um.
  • Du bringst eine abgeschlossene Weiterbildung im handwerklichen Bereich mit sowie Potenzial und Wille, dich zum/r Vorarbeiter- /Polier:in weiterzubilden.
  • Um die Tätigkeit als Anlageverantwortliche:r ausführen zu können, benötigst du einen gültigen Führerausweis Kategorie B.
