  • Als Business Analyst steuerst du die Umsetzung von Massnahmen im Kapazitätsmanagement und leistest damit einen messbaren Beitrag zu einem zuverlässigen und effizienten Bahnverkehr.
  • Du analysierst und konkretisierst die Massnahmen für CM1 (Capacity Management Schritt 1) innerhalb unseres Agile Release Trains und berücksichtigst bestehende Lösungen und Anwendungsfälle.
  • Aus den fachlichen Anforderungen leitest du Features und User Stories ab und formulierst sie klar und umsetzbar.
  • Dokumentationen erstellst und pflegst du adressatengerecht für unterschiedliche Zielgruppen.
  • Du unterstützt den Product Owner im Team Castor bei allen Abklärungen und Koordinationsaufgaben.

Das bringst du mit.

  • Mit deiner analytischen und strukturierten Arbeitsweise behältst du auch bei häufigen Kontextwechseln den Überblick und kommunizierst sicher mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern.
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung als Business Analyst in komplexen IT Produkten bildet die Grundlage deiner Arbeit.
  • Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis hilft dir, fachliche Fragestellungen praxisnah in tragfähige technische Lösungen zu übersetzen.
  • Idealerweise verfügst du über vertieftes Bahnwissen im Bereich Formationen und Fahrplan und hast ein Hochschulstudium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung abgeschlossen.
  • Als Teamplayer mit Eigeninitiative bringst du dich in selbstorganisierten Teams ein und kennst agile Methoden wie Scrum, Kanban und SAFe.
  • Deutsch auf mindestens Niveau C1 und Englisch auf mindestens Niveau B2 bringst du mit.
