Ce que vous pouvez faire bouger.

  • En tant que chef-fe de projet, vous pilotez la stratégie et l'exécution de la logistique des matériaux, de l'extraction jusqu'aux filières de valorisation ou d'élimination.
  • Responsable de la stratégie et de la mise en œuvre des actions liées à la durabilité du projet, vous définissez les objectifs environnementaux et sociaux, suivez des indicateurs et coordonnez les différentes parties prenantes.
  • Vous garantissez le bon déroulement de votre portion de projet sur l'ensemble des phases SIA (de la planification à la réalisation) en matière de sécurité, qualité, délais et coûts, tout en intégrant la logistique au planning général de chantier.
  • Vous prenez en charge l'ensemble du processus d'appel d'offres pour la gestion des matériaux, conformément à la LMP/OMP et aux processus internes.
  • Vous pilotez les spécialistes internes et les mandataires externes en assurant la coordination et en garantissant la qualité des livrables.
  • Au quotidien, vous menez le projet jusqu'à l'obtention des différentes validations internes, représentez le projet dans les comités et instances, et développez des collaborations de confiance avec les partenaires clés, notamment l'OFT, le Canton et les communes.

Ce que vous apportez.

  • Grâce à votre parcours, vous avez développé un excellent sens du relationnel et un solide esprit d'équipe, ce qui vous permet de coordonner avec aisance les différentes parties prenantes internes et externes du projet.
  • Votre proactivité et votre aptitude à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément vous distinguent.
  • Durant des projets de longue durée, vous savez garder le cap et atteindre les objectifs fixés tout en restant motivé-e au quotidien.
  • Sur le plan professionnel, vous apportez une expérience confirmée dans la gestion de projets complexes et multidisciplinaires (dès 5-6 ans d'expérience)
  • Une expérience avérée en planification de plateformes de gestion des matériaux et en logistique constitue un atout majeur.
  • Vous bénéficiez d'une formation technique supérieure (HES, EPF, université) dans un domaine lié à la construction, par exemple le génie civil.
  • Vous maîtrisez le français (niveau C1 minimum) ; une bonne connaissance de l'allemand (dès le niveau B1) est un atout.
