  • Anspruchsvolle Strategieprojekte führst du eigenverantwortlich von der Analyse bis zum Beschluss.
  • Dabei verbindest du in interdisziplinären Teams unterschiedliche Perspektiven zu tragfähigen Lösungen und begleitest deren Umsetzung in der Organisation bis zur Wirkung.
  • Entscheidungsunterlagen für die strategische Führungsebene bereitest du adressatengerecht auf und vertrittst deine Themen überzeugend.
  • Du verbindest strategische und betriebswirtschaftliche Analysen mit langfristigen sowie daten- und szenariengestützten Perspektiven.
  • Daraus entwickelst du fundierte Optionen und Empfehlungen für die SBB.
  • Prozesse, wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge und Wechselwirkungen beurteilst du aus Gesamtunternehmenssicht und nutzt sie für robuste Strategien.

Das bringst du mit.

  • Ein fundiertes Strategieverständnis und ausgeprägte Strategiekompetenz sowie hohe Seniorität in Fachlichkeit, Methodik und Auftritt bringst du mit.
  • Mit deinem unternehmerischen Denken und deinem soliden betriebswirtschaftlichen Verständnis bewertest du Chancen, Risiken und Effekte ganzheitlich. Du arbeitest dich rasch in neue Themen ein und bringst hohe Eigeninitiative sowie ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein mit.
  • Deine überzeugende Kommunikationsstärke, Moderationssicherheit und deine Kooperationskompetenzen unterstützen dich beim Stakeholdermanagement auf allen Ebenen.
  • Du hast Freude an wirksamer Zusammenarbeit im Team und die Fähigkeit, unterschiedliche fachliche Sichtweisen zu integrieren und zu einer klaren Empfehlung zu führen.
  • In dieser Funktion sind ein Hochschulabschluss auf Stufe Master sowie fundierte Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer Strategieprojekte erforderlich. Erfahrung im Umfeld eines Grosskonzerns und Bahn-Know-how sind von Vorteil.
  • Verhandlungssichere mündliche und schriftliche Deutschkenntnisse (C2) setzen wir voraus. Weitere Sprachkenntnisse in Französisch oder Italienisch sind willkommen.
