  • Du planst und führst Kaizen-Workshops eigenständig durch. Mit gekonnten Moderationstechniken, einem spannenden Workshopaufbau und der Anwendung deiner Kaizen-Toolbox motivierst du die Teilnehmenden, nachhaltige Lösungen zu erzielen.
  • Durch die Durchführung von Schulungen befähigst du Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende, Verbesserungspotenziale selbstständig zu erkennen und mithilfe von Kaizen-Methoden und -Werkzeugen die geplanten Veränderungen zu realisieren.
  • Als Sparring-Partner:in berätst und unterstützt du Organisationen mit dem Ziel, die Produktivität zu steigern und die Kaizen-Massnahmen nachhaltig umzusetzen.
  • Du führst zielorientierte Kaizen-Aktivitäten gemäss Anforderungen durch, prüfst die Nachhaltigkeit und erstellst regelmässige Reportings. Zudem erledigst du administrative Aufgaben wie das Erstellen von Wochenplänen und Effizienzkontrollen.

  • Als überzeugende Persönlichkeit und Teamplayer:in mit guter schriftlicher und mündlicher Ausdrucksfähigkeit begeisterst du andere für gemeinsame Ziele und Lösungen und treibst deren Umsetzung voran.
  • Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Kaizen oder verwandten Philosophien der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung (z.B. Lean Management oder Six Sigma) und hast Praxiserfahrung in der Durchführung von Kaizen-Workshops.
  • Deine ganzheitliche Denkweise, ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie ein hohes Prozessverständnis zeichnen dich aus.
  • Eine technische oder betriebswirtschaftliche Aus- und Weiterbildung auf Stufe HF (z.B. Betriebstechnik oder Unternehmensprozesse) setzen wir voraus. Idealerweise hast du ergänzende Weiterbildungen im Bereich Prozessmanagement oder Lean Management absolviert.
  • Für diese Stelle verfügst du über verhandlungssichere mündliche und schriftliche Deutschkenntnisse.
