  • Als Application Engineer mit Schwerpunkt Microsoft 365 Copilot und Agents konzipierst, entwickelst und testest du gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen Copilot-Lösungen und Agents, insbesondere mit Microsoft 365 Copilot Agent Builder und ergänzend mit Copilot Studio.Du berätst die Fachbereiche technisch, stimmst dich mit Product Owner, Architecture, Security, Datenschutz und Plattformteams ab und stellst die Einhaltung unserer AI und Agent Governance sicher.
  • Vom Intake über Prototyping und Deployment bis zu Betrieb, Review und Decommissioning begleitest du den gesamten Lifecycle der Agents und übernimmst schrittweise Verantwortung.
  • Über Microsoft Graph Konnektoren, REST APIs und das Model Context Protocol (MCP) bindest du Unternehmensdaten und Funktionen sicher an und setzt passende Konzepte für Authentisierung, Berechtigungen und Zugriffe um.
  • Gemeinsam mit dem Team stellst du den stabilen Betrieb der Copilot Services sicher, analysierst Incidents und Problems, bearbeitest technische Requests im Second und Third Level Support und verbesserst Services auf Basis deiner Erkenntnisse.
  • Änderungen im Microsoft Message Center und in der Produkt Roadmap verfolgst du aktiv, bewertest Auswirkungen auf Konfiguration, Governance und Support und koordinierst Tests, Rollouts sowie die Pflege von Konfiguration, Monitoring, Dokumentation und Runbooks.

Das bringst du mit.

  • Mit deiner analytischen und strukturierten Arbeitsweise löst du technische Probleme zielgerichtet und vermittelst komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich an unterschiedliche Zielgruppen.
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot und Copilot Studio sowie in relevanten Daten- und Berechtigungsmodellen. Vertrautheit mit Microsoft Graph und REST APIs zur sicheren Anbindung von Unternehmensdaten.
  • Praxis in der Entwicklung und Integration von AI-, Cloud- oder Automatisierungslösungen. Programmiererfahrung in mindestens einer Sprache, vorzugsweise Python, .NET oder C\#, sowie Umgang mit Versionsverwaltung und Continuous Delivery.
  • Du verstehst die Grundlagen generativer AI, von Large Language Models (LLM), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) und geeigneten Evaluationsmethoden. Kenntnisse in Authentisierung und Autorisierung mit Entra ID und sicherem Datenzugriff im Enterprise Umfeld.
  • Teamorientiert und kommunikationsstark arbeitest du eng mit Fachbereichen, Security, Datenschutz und Plattformteams zusammen.
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik oder Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Aus- und Weiterbildung sowie mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung. Deutsch auf Niveau C1 und Englisch auf Niveau B1.
