  • Als Product Manager (m/w/d) Application Platform verantwortest du Plattformen, die den digitalen Grundstein der SBB bilden und damit die Basis für den Bahnbetrieb der Schweiz sind.
  • Du gestaltest ein anspruchsvolles und sehr breites Wirkungsfeld in einer IT, die auf höchste Verfügbarkeit, Standardisierung und Skalierung ausgelegt sein muss und in der deine Entscheide direkt spürbar werden.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit ARTs wie Identity & Accessmanagement, Development Experience und Cloud Foundation zusammen, um gemeinsam noch bessere, skalierte und wirtschaftliche Plattformen und Praktiken zu etablieren.
  • Du sorgst dafür, dass Technologie nicht Selbstzweck bleibt, sondern Menschen täglich zuverlässig von A nach B bringt.
  • Ebenfalls arbeitest aktiv in der ART-Leitung an der Weiterentwicklung des ART mit und initiierst sowie treibst ART-übergreifende Initiativen voran.
  • Im engen Austausch mit Product Ownern, Entwicklung, Betrieb und SaaS Anbietern balancierst du Anforderungen und sorgst für tragfähige Entscheide im Zusammenspiel mit Security, Architektur und Business IT.

  • Gewinnendes Auftreten, Neugier für Technologietrends, unternehmerisches Denken und die Hartnäckigkeit, Themen über viele Stakeholder hinweg zum Fliegen zu bringen.
  • Souveränes Stakeholder-Management und zielgruppenorientierte Kommunikation in einem komplexen Spannungsfeld zwischen Betrieb, Entwicklung, Business-IT, Security und Architektur. Starke Storytelling-Fähigkeiten und Executive Presence, um komplexe Plattform-Themen verständlich zu vermitteln.
  • Fundiertes Verständnis von Infrastruktur- und Plattform-Technologien, um mit Architekt:innen und Entwickler:innen auf Augenhöhe zu arbeiten und Technologieentscheide mitzutragen.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Product Management von Plattform-Services in einem skalierten, agilen Umfeld mit vielen Abnehmern.
  • Validierungsgetriebene Arbeitsweise mit dem Mut, Neues gezielt auszuprobieren, mit Abnehmern zu bewerten und bei Bedarf zu skalieren.
