* Innerhalb der neu geschaffenen Organisationseinheit führst und entwickelst du das Team "Strategisches Anlagenmanagement Zugang zur Mobilität" und stärkst dabei die bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit.

* In dieser Rolle verantwortest du die strategische Weiterentwicklung des Anlagenmanagements für sämtliche Publikumsanlagen und Niederspannungsverbraucher der SBB. Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Kundinnen und Kunden auf dem Weg zum Zug eine leistungsfähige, sichere und nachhaltige Infrastruktur vorfinden.

* Du stellst die langfristige Finanzierbarkeit von Unterhalt und Erneuerung sicher. Dein Team ist für die fachliche Erstellung der Offerte Substanzerhalt «Zugang zur Mobilität» für die Leistungsvereinbarung mit dem BAV zuständig.

* Du treibst den Wandel von einer operativen zu einer stärker strategisch ausgerichteten Steuerung voran und förderst ein gemeinsames Zielbild innerhalb des Teams und seiner Partnerorganisationen.

* Mit deinem Team stellst du die Umsetzung der Anlagenstrategie sicher, indem ihr die strategischen Vorgaben mit den Anlagenmanager:innen in den vier Regionen (West, Süd, Mitte und Ost) abstimmt und eng mit dem Projektportfoliomanagement zusammenarbeitet.

* Du sorgst dafür, dass Anlagenstrategie, Leistungsfähigkeit, Kundennutzen und Wirtschaftlichkeit langfristig in Einklang stehen.

Das bringst du mit.

* Du verfügst über mehrjährige Führungserfahrung und hast Teams erfolgreich weiterentwickelt, idealerweise auch in Veränderungs- oder Integrationssituationen.

* Komplexe technische, organisatorische und finanzielle Fragestellungen analysierst du schnell und leitest daraus pragmatische sowie strategisch tragfähige Entscheidungen ab.

* Du überzeugst durch ausgeprägtes Stakeholdermanagement, verhandelst auf Augenhöhe und schaffst es, unterschiedliche Interessen zu einem gemeinsamen Zielbild zusammenzuführen. Das Weitergeben von Wissen und Erfahrungen fällt dir leicht.

* Du bringst Kenntnisse im strategischen Anlagenmanagement im Infrastrukturumfeld mit; Erfahrungen im öffentlichen Verkehr oder Bahnumfeld sind von Vorteil.

* Du verfügst über einen Hochschulabschluss (FH/ETH/Uni) in technischer oder wirtschaftlicher Richtung, idealerweise ergänzt durch Weiterbildungen im Bereich Führung, Management oder Asset Management.

* Du verfügst über sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Kenntnisse in Deutsch. Kenntnisse einer zweiten Landessprache (F/I) sind erwünscht. Deine digitalen Kompetenzen (IT, MS-Office und Tools) kannst du täglich anwenden.
