Leiterin/Leiter Notenverarbeitung Ost (80%\-100%) =================================================

Die Organisationseinheit (OE) Verarbeitung ist zuständig für die sichere und effiziente Qualitätsprüfung von Banknoten und Münzen. Innerhalb der OE Verarbeitung werden in der Notenverarbeitung mit modernsten Anlagen die eingehenden Noten auf Quantität und Qualität geprüft.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für die Führungseinheit Notenverarbeitung Ost (ca. 6 Mitarbeitende);
  • Sicherstellung des operativen Betriebs unter Einhaltung aller Qualitäts? und Sicherheitsstandards sowie Bereitschaft zu punktuellen Einsätzen im Tagesgeschäft;
  • Mitarbeit in internen und externen Arbeitsgruppen und (Teil\-) Projekten;
  • Weiterentwicklung der Führungseinheit bzgl. Sicherheit, Qualität und Effizienz.

Ihr Profil

  • abgeschlossene Grundausbildung mit betriebswirtschaftlicher Weiterbildung;
  • Fach\- und (erste) Führungserfahrung in der Industrie/Produktion, sowie eine Affinität zu Themen wie Change\-Management, Bargeld, Logistik und Technik;
  • SAP\-Kenntnisse von Vorteil;
  • hohe Sozialkompetenzen; strukturierte, analytische Arbeitsweise und hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie selbstorganisiertes Arbeiten;
  • Adressaten\- bzw. stufengerechte Kommunikation in Deutsch oder ösisch mit gutem Verständnis für die andere Landessprache sowie verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse.
