Per 1\. Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung suchen wir eine engagierte Fachperson Finanzen.

Du möchtest mehr als nur buchen und abschliessen? Bei uns gestaltest du Finanzplanung, Budgetierung, Abschlussprozesse und die Weiterentwicklung des internen Kontrollsystems aktiv mit. Gleichzeitig leistest du einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Weiterentwicklung des grössten polysportiven Sportverbandes der Schweiz.

Dein Aufgabengebiet

  • Sach\- und termingerechte Führung der Debitoren\-/Kreditoren\-/Finanz\- und Anlagebuchhaltung der STV Zentralkasse und Abrechnung der Mehrwertsteuer
  • Planung, Vorbereitung und Durchführung der Finanzplanungs\-, Budget\- und Abschlussprozesse
  • *Sparringpartner\in** der Abteilungsleitenden bei Budgetfragen und finanziellen Auswertungen
  • Weiterentwicklung und Aufsicht des internen Kontrollsystems
  • Unterstützung und Entlastung des Abteilungsleiters Finanzen \& Dienste im Tagesgeschäft
  • Mitarbeit in Projekten, insbesondere bei der Digitalisierung von Prozessen

Dein Profil

  • Ausbildung \- Kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen (z. B. Sachbearbeiter\*in Rechnungswesen, Fachfrau/Fachmann Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen oder vergleichbar)
  • Berufliche Erfahrung \- Finanzbuchhaltung inkl. Jahresabschluss
  • IT\-Kenntnisse \- Gute EDV\-Anwenderkenntnisse (Office Produkte) sowie Kenntnisse der Finanzlösung von Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central von Vorteil
  • Sprachtalent \- Stilsicheres Deutsch, gute Französischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift von Vorteil
  • Flexible \& selbständige Arbeitsweise – engagiert, belastbar und kundenorientiertes handeln
  • Sport im Herzen – Mitglied eines STV\-Vereins von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
