Das SDBB ist das Dienstleistungszentrum für die Berufsbildung und die Berufs\-, Studien\- und Laufbahnberatung der Schweiz. Es betreibt die Portale und , erarbeitet Prüfungen für den Lehrabschluss, ermöglicht den Datenaustausch in der Berufsbildung, erstellt Medien für die kantonalen Berufsinformationszentren und vieles mehr. Das SDBB ist eine Fachagentur der Kantone (EDK) und wird vom Bund (SBFI) unterstützt.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du erhältst spannende Einblicke in das Sekretariat, die Finanzen, die Personalabteilung und weitere abwechslungsreiche Bereiche unserer Institution.
  • Du beantwortest Telefonate und E\-Mails und leitest Anfragen an die zuständigen Stellen weiter. Du empfängst Besucherinnen und Besucher.
  • Du bearbeitest Rechnungen und Mahnungen sowie der Umgang mit vielfältigen Daten und Zahlen gehören zu deinen Aufgaben. Dabei entwickelst du dein vernetztes Denken und deine analytischen Fähigkeiten weiter.
  • Du pflegst Mitarbeiterdaten, erfasst neue Mitarbeitende im System und hilfst bei der Organisation ihres Einstiegs.
  • Du lernst mit anderen Lernenden zusammen, verschiedene Anlässe zu organisieren, wie zum Beispiel Teamausflüge, Betriebsausflüge und interne Informationsanlässe. Zudem unterstützt du Mitarbeitende bei administrativen Aufgaben.

Dein Profil

  • Sekundarschulabschluss (Sek\-Niveau)
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute schulische Sprachkenntnisse ( ösisch, Englisch)
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Selbstständige, sorgfältige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Lernbereit und offen für neue Aufgaben
  • Pünktlich, flexibel und engagiert
  • Freundliches und motiviertes Auftreten
  • Teamfähig und hilfsbereit
