Ihre interessanten Aufgaben

  • Als direkter Ansprechpartner betreuen Sie unsere Kunden und Interessenten in Österreich: Sie beraten und unterstützen sie telefonisch bei allen Fragen rund um unsere Markenprodukte, erstellen Angebote, steuern die Auftragsabwicklung und gewährleisten die termingerechte Lieferung.
  • Darüber hinaus übernehmen Sie die Rechnungsstellung und sind für die Pflege der Kundendaten verantwortlich. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produktmanagement bringen Sie sich zudem aktiv in das Projekt- und Reklamationsmanagement ein.
  • Mit Ihrer Fachkompetenz unterstützen Sie unser Außendienst-Team entlang des gesamten Kundenprozesses – von der Akquise bis zum Zahlungseingang. Dabei analysieren Sie, gemeinsam mit unserem Marketing-Team, die Bedarfe neuer Kunden und erkennen Potenziale für eine langfristige Zusammenarbeit.
  • Abschließend pflegen Sie kontinuierlich den Kontakt zu unseren Kunden, behalten deren Anforderungen im Blick und informieren proaktiv über neue Produkte und Entwicklungen.

Ihre idealen Voraussetzungen

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung, z. B. zur/zum Industriekauffrau/-kaufmann und erste Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst
  • Technisches Interesse und Grundverständnis
  • Überzeugungskraft, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Lust aufs Verkaufen, eine team- und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Offenheit für neue Themen und technische Bereiche
