Kundenberater / Kundenberaterin

Das erwartet Sie:

  • Beratung unserer teambetreuten Kunden und Erfassung der finanziellen Verhältnisse
  • Ausarbeitung individueller Angebote abgestimmt auf die Kundenbedürfnisse
  • Aktive Empfehlung und Verkauf der entsprechenden Bankprodukte und Dienstleistungen aufgrund der erkannten Kundenbedürfnisse im Basisbereich
  • Unterstützung bei Vertriebsinitiativen zur Förderung des Geschäftserfolgs
  • Abwicklung von Schalter- und Servicedienstleistungen
  • Betreuung des Bancomaten inkl. Cash-Handling

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Berufserfahrung im Banking
  • Motivation für die gesamtheitliche Beratung von Bankdienstleistungen
  • Freude am direkten Kontakt mit Kunden und hohe Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeit
