Será responsable de liderar integralmente la estrategia comercial de la compañía, impulsando el crecimiento sostenible del negocio sustentado en ventas y garantizando la excelencia en la experiencia del cliente. La función es clave para el proyecto de expansión, la profesionalización de procesos, el desarrollo de equipos de alto rendimiento y la puesta en marcha de acciones para asegurar la rentabilidad de las unidades del negocio.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Definir y ejecutar la estrategia comercial integral de la compañía, reportando a Dirección. Presentar y proponer los escenarios estratégicos que mejor se adapten para el crecimiento y desarrollo de cada unidad de negocios.
  • Liderar y desarrollar los equipos de Ventas, Marketing, Product Leaders, Inteligencia Comercial y Customer Experience
  • Diseñar y optimizar el pipeline comercial, asegurando volumen y calidad de oportunidades.
  • Impulsar la estrategia de productos especiales y proyectos, garantizando propuestas competitivas y técnicamente sólidas.
  • Supervisar la planificación y ejecución de campañas de marketing, posicionamiento de marca y acciones de demanda.
  • Analizar tendencias del mercado, competencia y performance comercial para la toma de decisiones estratégicas.
  • Gestionar indicadores clave (KPIs), forecast, presupuestos y reportes ejecutivos para Dirección.
  • Fortalecer relaciones con clientes estratégicos, partners y actores clave del sector.
  • Impulsar la mejora continua de procesos comerciales, herramientas y metodologías de trabajo.

Requisitos

  • Estudios universitarios y superiores como Posgrado o Maestría en Management, Marketing, Negocios o afines.
  • 8+ años de experiencia en posiciones de Gerencia Comercial, liderando equipos multidisciplinarios.
  • Experiencia comprobable en la industria de sistemas electrónicos, tecnología o servicios B2B de alta complejidad o servicios masivos.
  • Inglés avanzado.
  • Residencia en CABA. (preferentemente)
  • Marcado perfil estratégico, analítico y orientado a resultados.
  • Habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación y gestión del cambio.
