Responsable de Turno de Playa

Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Responsable de Turno de Playa para incorporarse a una importante estación de servicio.

La posición contempla un proceso de formación inicial. La persona seleccionada ingresará como Vendedor/a de Playa y, tras completar la capacitación y el período de adaptación, tendrá la posibilidad de desarrollarse como Responsable de Turno, asumiendo la supervisión de las operaciones y del equipo de trabajo.

Modalidad de trabajo: Presencial.

Jornada: Full Time, con turnos rotativos (mañana, tarde y noche), trabajando 6 días a la semana con 1 franco semanal.

Zona de trabajo: Lugano, Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Cumplir con los objetivos de ventas.
  • Supervisar y acompañar al equipo de trabajo durante el turno.
  • Realizar aperturas y cierres de turno, incluyendo arqueos de caja.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad e higiene.
  • Resolver incidencias operativas de manera eficiente.
  • Brindar una excelente atención al cliente.

Requisitos

  • Secundario completo con analítico disponible (excluyente).
  • Experiencia mínima de 3 años en supervisión o liderazgo de equipos.
  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en atención al cliente.
  • Manejo de Excel (nivel básico/intermedio).
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar turnos rotativos (mañana, tarde y noche), fines de semana y feriados (excluyente).
