Voor onze klant, een onderzoeksorganisatie in de biofarmaceutische industrie regio Wilrijk, zoeken we momenteel een administratief medewerker bij het Customer support team.

  • Je controleert oude en nieuwe facturen en kijkt na of de juiste projectcodes zijn gebruikt.
  • Je koppelt de juiste product- en projectcodes aan facturen en controleert of deze kloppen.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat alle facturen op dezelfde manier worden gecodeerd.
  • Je merkt fouten, ontbrekende gegevens of onduidelijkheden op en meldt deze aan de juiste personen.
  • Je maakt gegevens klaar en laadt ze op in de juiste databases.
  • Je controleert of alle gegevens volledig en correct zijn.
  • Je maakt projectgegevens aan in Adaptive work.
  • Je haalt de nodige informatie uit gegevens en overzichten van analytische plannen.
  • Je houdt bij hoeveel facturen verwerkt zijn en hoeveel er nog openstaan.
  • Je werkt samen met de afdelingen Finance, Operational Excellence en Projectmanagement om vragen en problemen rond gegevens op te lossen.
  • Je hebt een diploma Bachelor of master FBT, Biochemie, biomedische, biologie of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt een uitgesproken interesse voor administratie
  • Je bent net afgestudeerd of je hebt reeds gewerkt
  • Je werkt georganiseerd en nauwkeurig, je hebt oog voor detail
  • Je bent een teamplayer
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels
  • Je bent vlot met Excel
