Job Summary

Seeking a Java developer with mandatory Struts, Spring, Servlets, JSP, REST APIs, Tomcat, Oracle 19c, and Unix/Linux experience, with AWS and DevOps skills preferred.

Mandatory Skill-set

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
  • 4–6 years of experience in developing and supporting critical applications;
  • Hands-on experience with Java, Struts (mandatory), Spring, Servlets, JSP, JavaScript, and HTML;
  • Experience working with REST APIs, Apache Tomcat, Oracle 19c, and Unix/Linux, including Solaris;
  • Strong experience in supporting critical applications and resolving technical issues;

Desired Skill-set

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills;
  • Good communication and teamwork skills;
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a positive attitude and ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Develop prototypes, POCs, and Java web applications on AWS and on-premises environments;
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions and application designs;
  • Support application development, deployment, testing, and troubleshooting;
  • Ensure applications follow security standards and best practices;
  • Assess application performance, scalability, and capacity;
  • Investigate and resolve complex technical issues.
