Jouw toekomstige werkplek:

Kindcentrum Zonnewijzer ligt in het groene hart van de wijk de Grote Waal in Hoorn. Met ongeveer 290 leerlingen, verdeeld over 11 groepen, is het een bruisende plek waar kinderen met uiteenlopende achtergronden samen leren en groeien.

Je komt terecht in een enthousiast, hecht en betrokken team van 24 professionals. Samen zetten we ons in voor goed onderwijs en de ontwikkeling van ieder kind. We vinden een fijne sfeer onderling minstens zo belangrijk. We vieren successen, leren van elkaar en wie dat leuk vindt, zoekt elkaar ook buiten werktijd op voor gezellige activiteiten.

Ons onderwijs is gebaseerd op evidence-based uitgangspunten, zoals Expliciete Directe Instructie (EDI). Vanuit een gezamenlijke visie werken we met hoge verwachtingen van ieder kind. Kennisoverdracht en gelijke kansen staan daarbij centraal.

Als leerkracht van groep 8 begeleid je leerlingen in een belangrijk overgangsjaar naar het voortgezet onderwijs. Omdat we willen dat jij met plezier en energie voor de klas staat, sta je er bij ons nooit alleen voor:

  • Intensieve samenwerking: Je werkt nauw samen met je collega van de parallelklas. Zo verdeel je de voorbereiding en sta je er inhoudelijk sterk voor.
  • Vaste begeleiding: Vanaf dag 1 word je gekoppeld aan een persoonlijke buddy die je wegwijs maakt in de school.
  • Samen professionaliseren: In onze wekelijkse leerteams is er alle ruimte om ervaringen uit te wisselen, casussen te bespreken en de onderwijskwaliteit samen te

Wie zoeken wij?

  • Sterke didactische vaardigheden en actuele kennis van (of ervaring met) Expliciete Directe Instructie (EDI).

Dit krijg je van ons:

  • Salaris conform cao PO loonschaal LB (min. € 3.665 en max. € 5.586 op fulltime basis);
  • Voorrang en personeelsvoordeel bij plaatsing van jouw kinderen op een van onze kinderopvanglocaties;
  • Reiskostenvergoeding: €0,25 per kilometer of volledige vergoeding van je OV-reis;
