Op Kindcentrum KlimOp in Zwaag staan structuur, veiligheid, kennis en hoge verwachtingen centraal. We geloven dat ieder kind recht heeft op goed onderwijs en helpen leerlingen om zich zo goed mogelijk te ontwikkelen. Onze leerkrachten bieden duidelijke instructie, stellen hoge doelen en kijken steeds naar wat een leerling nodig heeft om de volgende stap te zetten. Dit alles vanuit een warm-pedagogische omgeving.

Binnen KlimOp is de Kopklas een bijzondere onderwijsvoorziening voor leerlingen van 12 tot 14 jaar. In een kleine groep van 16 leerlingen krijgen zij een extra jaar om zich verder te ontwikkelen en zich goed voor te bereiden op het voortgezet onderwijs. De nadruk ligt onder andere op taalontwikkeling, kennis en het versterken van het zelfvertrouwen. Het doel? Leerlingen laten uitstromen naar een schooltype dat past bij hun mogelijkheden.

Je wordt enthousiast van:

Het gaat om 24 uur per week in verband met zwangerschapsverlof. Je werkt op maandag, woensdag en donderdag, waarbij donderdag bij voorkeur een vaste werkdag is. De overige dagen zijn in overleg.

Dit krijg je van ons:

  • Salaris conform cao PO loonschaal LB (min. € 3.665 en max. € 5.586 op fulltime basis);
  • Voorrang en personeelsvoordeel bij plaatsing van jouw kinderen op een van onze kinderopvanglocaties;
  • Reiskostenvergoeding: Reis je met het ov? Wij vergoeden 100% van je kosten. Liever met de auto? Dan ontvang je een vergoeding van €0,25 per kilometer, zonder kilometerbeperking;
  • Eindejaarsuitkering 8,33%;
  • Vakantiegeld: 8%;
  • Pensioenopbouw;
  • Bedrijfsfitness en fietsenplan;
  • Toegang tot de SCIO Academie (wij vinden het belangrijk dat je je blijft ontwikkelen).

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Interesse in en visie op High Performance School (HPS);
