Ben jij vrolijk, flexibel en dol op baby's? Voor een zwangerschapsvervanging per direct t/m 1 mei 2027 zoeken we een pedagogisch professional babygroep voor onze locatie Pinokkio die met liefde en energie écht het verschil maakt.

Na afloop van de verlofperiode is er de mogelijkheid om bij Pinokkio betrokken te blijven als vaste invalkracht. Daarnaast kijken we altijd samen met jou naar de mogelijkheden voor een vaste plek binnen onze organisatie.

Je toekomstige werkplek:

Kinderdagverblijf Pinokkio is een vertrouwde en gezellige plek in een dorpse omgeving, waar kinderen van 0 tot 7 jaar met aandacht en warmte worden opgevangen. Jij gaat aan de slag op de babygroep, waar kinderen van 0 tot 2 jaar spelenderwijs leren, ontdekken en groeien.

Je komt terecht in een hecht en stabiel team met vaste collega’s die elkaar goed kennen. De samenwerking verloopt soepel en er is écht aandacht voor elkaar. Binnen de groep krijg je de vrijheid om je dag zelf vorm te geven, afgestemd op wat de kinderen nodig hebben.

De locatie telt vijf groepen en ongeveer twintig collega’s. Dat zorgt voor dynamiek en afwisseling, met tegelijkertijd een open en betrokken sfeer. De peutergroep deelt de ruimte met de buitenschoolse opvang. In de ochtend is het de plek van de peuters: een fijne omgeving waar ze volop kunnen spelen, leren en zich ontwikkelen.

Je werkt graag met baby's en weet hoe je ze op een rustige en betrokken manier begeleidt in hun ontwikkeling. Je houdt van afwisseling, neemt initiatief en kunt goed inspelen op wat een groep op dat moment nodig heeft.

Samenwerken gaat je makkelijk af. Je vindt het fijn om in een team te werken waar collega’s op elkaar kunnen rekenen en waar ruimte is om mee te denken. Bij Pinokkio krijg je die ruimte, en werk je op een plek waar je je snel thuis voelt.

Dit krijg je van ons:

  • De functie is ingedeeld in schaal 6 cao Kinderopvang. Dit betekent dat je bruto maandsalaris, afhankelijk van je ervaringsjaren, minimaal €2.681 en maximaal €3.684 per maand is bij een fulltime dienstverband (36 uur);
  • Voorrang en personeelsvoordeel bij plaatsing van jouw kinderen op een van onze kinderopvanglocaties;
  • Reiskostenvergoeding: €0,25 per kilometer of volledige vergoeding van je OV-reis;
  • Eindejaarsuitkering: 8%;
  • Pensioenopbouw;
  • Vakantiegeld: 8%;
  • Bedrijfsfitness en fietsenplan;
  • Toegang tot de SCIO Academie (wij vinden het belangrijk dat je je blijft ontwikkelen).

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Een relevante afgeronde opleiding op minimaal MBO-3 niveau (doe hier de diplomacheck om te zien of jouw diploma kwalificeert);

Heb jij deze kwalificaties of ben je bereid om deze via ons te behalen?

  • Een certificaat en/of diploma dat voldoet aan de taaleis;
  • Een VVE-certificaat, zoals Startblokken.
