Jouw toekomstige werkplek:

De buitenschoolse opvang van De Tweemaster is gevestigd in Daltonkindcentrum De Tweemaster, midden in de wijk Risdam-Zuid. Binnen het Daltonkindcentrum wordt gewerkt volgens de uitgangspunten van het daltononderwijs, waarbij zelfstandigheid en samenwerking en verantwoordelijkheid centraal staan.

Het betrokken en gedreven team werkt nauw samen om een sterke, doorgaande ontwikkellijn te bieden voor kinderen van 0 tot 12 jaar. Daarbij staan onderling begrip, respect en een fijne sfeer voorop.

Binnen het Daltonkindcentrum vind je een VSO-groep, twee peutergroepen, twee kinderdagverblijfgroepen en twee BSO-groepen.

Je krijgt energie van het werken met kinderen en zet jouw pedagogische kennis graag in om écht het verschil te maken op de groep. Op onze BSO werk je thematisch en sluit je aan bij de thema’s van school, waar je samen met je collega’s, maar vooral met de kinderen een creatieve invulling aan geeft.

Je komt te werken op de BSO, waar je een belangrijke rol speelt in de ontwikkeling van kinderen in een veilige en stimulerende omgeving. Binnen ons Daltonkindcentrum werk je nauw samen met het onderwijs en draag je bij aan een doorgaande lijn voor het kind.

De VSO diensten zijn van 7:00u tot 9:00u, maar de werktijden van de BSO variëren tussen 13:30u en 18:30u.

Voor deze vacature zijn wij op zoek naar een pedagogisch professional (bij voorkeur met een pedagogische achtergrond) voor 10 uur in de week op BSO de Tweemaster, daarnaast is er nog ruimte om optioneel (minimaal) 10 uur in de invalpool (KDV, peutergroep of BSO) te werken.

Dit krijg je van ons:

  • De functie is ingedeeld in schaal 6 cao Kinderopvang. Dit betekent dat je bruto maandsalaris, afhankelijk van je ervaringsjaren, minimaal €2.681 en maximaal €3.684 per maand is bij een fulltime dienstverband (36 uur);
  • Werk je een gebroken dienst (bijv. eerst VSO en later BSO), dan krijg je € 0,28 per extra kilometer boven je normale woon-werkverkeer, waarvan €0,23 onbelast;
  • Voorrang en personeelsvoordeel bij plaatsing van jouw kinderen op een van onze kinderopvanglocaties;
  • Reiskostenvergoeding: Reis je met het ov? Wij vergoeden 100% van je kosten. Liever met de auto? Dan ontvang je een vergoeding van €0,25 per kilometer, zonder kilometerbeperking;
  • Eindejaarsuitkering: 8%;
  • Pensioenopbouw;
  • Vakantiegeld: 8%;
  • Bedrijfsfitness en fietsenplan;
  • Toegang tot de SCIO Academie (wij vinden het belangrijk dat je je blijft ontwikkelen).

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Een relevante afgeronde opleiding op minimaal MBO-3 niveau (doe hier de diplomacheck om te zien of jouw diploma kwalificeert);

Heb jij deze kwalificaties of ben je bereid om deze via ons te behalen?

  • Een certificaat en/of diploma dat voldoet aan de taaleis;
  • Een BHV certificaat;
  • Een VVE-certificaat, zoals Startblokken (wij streven ernaar om al onze medewerkers op te leiden met een VVE-certificaat).
