Ben jij een enthousiaste Pedagogisch professional die graag het verschil maakt in de kinderopvang? Op de Integrale Kindcentra werken onderwijs en kinderopvang nauw samen om kinderen optimaal te begeleiden in hun ontwikkeling.

Als lid van onze flexpool ben je inzetbaar op verschillende Kindcentra. Jij houdt van de dynamiek van een IKC-omgeving en vindt het leuk om iedere keer weer op een andere plek aan de slag te gaan. Dankzij jouw flexibiliteit bouw je op iedere locatie snel een band op met de kinderen en het team. Tegelijkertijd behoud jij de regie over je eigen rooster, zodat je werk en privé goed kunt balanceren.

Voor onze twaalf locaties in West-Friesland zijn we op zoek naar flexibele pedagogisch professionals die met plezier de kinderopvang binnen deze IKC’s willen draaien.

Dit krijg je van ons:

  • Salaris conform schaal 6 cao Kinderopvang (min. € 2.681 en max. € 3.684 op fulltime basis);
  • Voorrang en personeelsvoordeel bij plaatsing van jouw kinderen op een van onze kinderopvanglocaties;
  • Reiskostenvergoeding: €0,25 per kilometer of volledige vergoeding van je OV-reis;
  • Eindejaarsuitkering: 8%;
  • Vakantiegeld: 8%;
  • Pensioenopbouw;
  • Bedrijfsfitness en fietsenplan;
  • Toegang tot de SCIO Academie (wij vinden het belangrijk dat je je blijft ontwikkelen).

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Een relevante afgeronde opleiding op minimaal MBO-3 niveau (doe hier de diplomacheck om te zien of jouw diploma kwalificeert);

Heb jij deze kwalificaties of ben je bereid om deze via ons te behalen?

  • Een certificaat en/of diploma dat voldoet aan de taaleis;
  • Een Werken met baby’s-certificaat;
  • Een VVE-certificaat, zoals Startblokken.
