Je toekomstige werkplek

Kindcentrum Fluitschip is een kindcentrum waar kinderen samen spelen, leren en groeien. Met zo’n 28 betrokken collega’s vormen we één team en werken we samen aan een fijne en veilige omgeving voor ieder kind. Je gaat aan de slag op onze peutergroep, waar gemiddeld 12 peuters komen (max 16). Je wordt de derde vaste collega op de groep en werkt dus samen met twee vaste collega’s.

Je werkt 2 dagen per week. Vrijdag is een vaste werkdag. De andere dag is in overleg te bepalen.

Je werkdag start om 08.15 uur. Je werkt niet alleen met onze peuters, vanuit Samen van Start werk je ook samen met de kleutergroepen. Als de peuters naar huis gaan werk jij nog 1 uur in de kleuterklas als onderwijsassistent en draag je bij aan een mooie doorgaande lijn van peuter naar kleuter.

Daarnaast is er ruimte voor overleg, vergaderingen en deelname aan leerteams. Juist de afwisseling tussen werken met de kinderen, samenwerken met collega’s en samen leren en ontwikkelen maakt deze functie zo veelzijdig!

We zoeken een collega die energie heeft, graag aanpakt en enthousiast wordt van het werken met jonge kinderen. Iemand die gedreven is, een open houding heeft, en initiatief neemt en het leuk vindt om samen met collega’s te bouwen aan de ontwikkeling van onze peuters. Ervaring met het werken met jonge kinderen vinden we belangrijk. VVE is gewenst/verplicht en heb je ervaring met Startblokken of wil je je hierin verder ontwikkelen? Dan is dat mooi meegenomen!

Bij Kindcentrum Fluitschip werk je niet alleen vóór, maar vooral mét elkaar. Je maakt onderdeel uit van onze leerteams en krijgt ruimte om jouw kennis en ideeën over het jonge kind in te brengen. We vinden het belangrijk dat je meedenkt, vragen durft te stellen en samen met collega’s steeds op zoek gaat naar wat kinderen nodig hebben.

Dit krijg je van ons:

  • De functie is ingedeeld in schaal 6 cao Kinderopvang. Dit betekent dat je bruto maandsalaris, afhankelijk van je ervaringsjaren, minimaal €2.681 en maximaal €3.684 per maand is bij een fulltime dienstverband (36 uur);
  • Voorrang en personeelsvoordeel bij plaatsing van jouw kinderen op een van onze kinderopvanglocaties;
  • Reiskostenvergoeding: Reis je met het ov? Wij vergoeden 100% van je kosten. Liever met de auto? Dan ontvang je een vergoeding van €0,25 per kilometer, zonder kilometerbeperking;
  • Eindejaarsuitkering: 8%;
  • Pensioenopbouw;
  • Vakantiegeld: 8%;
  • Bedrijfsfitness en fietsenplan;
  • Toegang tot de SCIO Academie (wij vinden het belangrijk dat je je blijft ontwikkelen).

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Een relevante afgeronde opleiding op minimaal MBO-3 niveau (doe hier de diplomacheck om te zien of jouw diploma kwalificeert);

Heb jij deze kwalificaties of ben je bereid om deze via ons te behalen?

  • Een certificaat en/of diploma dat voldoet aan de taaleis;
  • Een VVE-certificaat, zoals Startblokken.
