Op peutergroep Maria draait het om nieuwsgierigheid, spel en ontwikkeling. Samen met je collega's zorg je voor een omgeving waarin peuters zich veilig voelen, plezier maken en stap voor stap groeien. Daarnaast ondersteun je twee middagen de instroomgroep, waardoor je bijdraagt aan een fijne overgang van opvang naar onderwijs.

Je toekomstige werkplek:

Bij Maria werken opvang en onderwijs nauw samen. We trekken samen op, stemmen af en zorgen voor een doorgaande lijn in de ontwikkeling van kinderen.

Op de peutergroep werken we met VVE en ontwikkelingsgericht volgens de visie van Startblokken. Daarom zoeken we een collega met affiniteit voor VVE en peuters, die de opleiding Startblokken heeft of bereid is deze te volgen

Hier word je enthousiast van:

  • Je begeleidt peuters vanuit spel en ontwikkeling op de VVE-peutergroep.
  • Je creëert een rijke speel- en leeromgeving waarin kinderen zich veilig voelen en kunnen groeien.
  • Je werkt samen met collega's uit de opvang én het onderwijs.
  • Je ondersteunt de instroomgroep op twee middagen en draagt bij aan een fijne overgang naar de basisschool.

Jouw werkdagen

  • Maandag: 07.45 – 12.15 uur
  • Woensdag: 07.45 – 12.15 uur (peutergroep) en 12.30 – 14.30 uur (instroomgroep)
  • Donderdag: 07.45 – 12.15 uur (peutergroep) en 12.30 – 14.30 uur (instroomgroep)

Dit krijg je van ons:

  • De functie is ingedeeld in schaal 6 cao Kinderopvang. Dit betekent dat je bruto maandsalaris, afhankelijk van je ervaringsjaren, minimaal €2.681 en maximaal €3.684 per maand is bij een fulltime dienstverband (36 uur);
  • Voorrang en personeelsvoordeel bij plaatsing van jouw kinderen op een van onze kinderopvanglocaties;
  • Reiskostenvergoeding: Reis je met het ov? Wij vergoeden 100% van je kosten. Liever met de auto? Dan ontvang je een vergoeding van €0,25 per kilometer, zonder kilometerbeperking;
  • Bijdrage zorgverzekering: Wij dragen bij aan jouw zorgverzekering met een vergoeding van € 8,- per maand. Heb je een aanvullende zorgverzekering? Dan ontvang je hiervoor nog eens € 8,- per maand;
  • Eindejaarsuitkering: 8%;
  • Pensioenopbouw;
  • Vakantiegeld: 8%;
  • Bedrijfsfitness en fietsenplan;
  • Vakbondscontributie: Wij vergoeden de contributie van jouw vakbond via declaratie;
  • Toegang tot de SCIO Academie (wij vinden het belangrijk dat je je blijft ontwikkelen).

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Een relevante afgeronde opleiding op minimaal MBO-3 niveau (doe hier de diplomacheck om te zien of jouw diploma kwalificeert);

Heb jij deze kwalificaties of ben je bereid om deze via ons te behalen?

  • Een certificaat en/of diploma dat voldoet aan de taaleis;
  • Een VVE-certificaat, zoals Startblokken.
