Rollen

Vi söker dig som har några års erfarenhet från bygg- och anläggningsbranschen och vill ta nästa steg inom kalkylering.

Som junior kalkylator på Delray får du möjlighet att arbeta med kalkyler i olika projektskeden och utveckla din förståelse för hur kostnader, produktion och risker hänger ihop i bygg- och anläggningsprojekt.

Du kommer att arbeta nära erfarna kollegor och successivt ta ett större ansvar i våra uppdrag. Projekten varierar från mindre ÄTA-utredningar till större infrastrukturprojekt, vilket ger dig möjlighet att bygga bred erfarenhet och utvecklas i rollen.

Vi ser gärna att du har ett intresse för kalkylarbete och en förståelse för hur en kalkylator arbetar – men du behöver inte kunna allt från början. Hos oss får du möjlighet att utvecklas tillsammans med kollegor med lång erfarenhet och djup specialistkompetens.

Kvalifikationer

  • Minst 3 års arbetslivserfarenhet inom bygg- och anläggningsbranschen
  • Intresse för kalkylering och förståelse för kalkylatorns arbete och roll i bygg- och anläggningsprojekt
  • Erfarenhet av eller viss praktisk insyn i kalkylarbete
  • Förståelse för produktion och kostnadsdrivande faktorer i bygg- och anläggningsprojekt
  • God kommunikativ förmåga och flytande svenska i tal och skrift
  • Ett analytiskt och strukturerat arbetssätt samt vilja att utvecklas inom området

Meriterande

  • Erfarenhet av MAP Kalkyl eller annat relevant kalkylprogram
  • Erfarenhet från produktion på entreprenadsidan
  • Erfarenhet av ekonomisk uppföljning, risker och möjligheter i projekt
  • Erfarenhet från infrastrukturprojekt
  • Erfarenhet av kalkylarbete i olika projektskeden
  • Kunskaper inom entreprenadjuridik
  • Erfarenhet från produktionsnära roller, exempelvis som projektingenjör, projektekonom eller produktionsplanerare

Framför allt söker vi dig som vill utvecklas. Du behöver inte ha lång erfarenhet som kalkylator – vi värdesätter din förståelse för branschen, ditt intresse för kalkylering och din vilja att lära dig.
