Wil je een sleutelrol spelen binnen onze supply chain? Als NPI Logistic Buyer zorg je ervoor dat onze engineering- en productieteams tijdig over de juiste materialen beschikken voor prototypes en nieuwe productintroducties. Je wordt van bij de start betrokken bij nieuwe projecten en werkt nauw samen met leveranciers en interne stakeholders om deze succesvol te realiseren.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

• Je bepaalt de aankoophoeveelheden op basis van de vraag, de afspraken met internationale leveranciers en de interne richtlijnen voor voorraden.

• Je werkt nauw samen met engineering, planning, warehouse en leveranciers om materiaalbehoeften tijdig af te stemmen.

• Je bouwt duurzame relaties op met leveranciers en betrekt hen vroegtijdig bij nieuwe projecten om risico's en mogelijke knelpunten te beperken.

• Op basis van de productieplanning plaats je inkooporders en volg je bestellingen en leveringen proactief op om de tijdige beschikbaarheid van materialen te garanderen.

• Bij afwijkingen (te late leveringen, laattijdige bevestigingen, achterstallige leveringen, ontbrekende documenten, betalingsproblemen, enz.) treed je op als vertegenwoordiger van de organisatie en werk je samen met leveranciers aan oplossingen.

• Je zorgt voor een tijdige afhandeling van beschadigde goederen en kwaliteitsproblemen in samenwerking met leveranciers.

• Je communiceert ontwerpwijzigingen naar leveranciers en beoordeelt de impact hiervan op lopende bestellingen.

• Je bewaart het overzicht over meerdere projecten en stakeholders en stelt zelfstandig de juiste prioriteiten.

• Je staat in voor het beheer van leveranciersgegevens in het ERP-systeem, waaronder offertes, levertermijnen en land van herkomst.

• Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma (bijvoorbeeld in Supply Chain Management of een gelijkaardige richting) en minstens 2 jaar relevante ervaring in aankoop, procurement, supply chain of leveranciersbeheer.

• Affiniteit met of interesse in technologie (bv. mechanica, elektronica of productie) is een pluspunt.

• Je bent een sterke en assertieve communicator die duurzame relaties opbouwt met leveranciers en interne stakeholders. Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor de opvolging van leveranciers, gaat proactief in op afwijkingen en werkt samen met leveranciers om ervoor te zorgen dat afspraken rond leveringen, kwaliteit en projecttimelines worden nagekomen.

• Je werkt proactief, neemt initiatief en zorgt ervoor dat acties vooruitgaan. Je identificeert risico's tijdig, betrekt de juiste stakeholders en zorgt ervoor dat problemen worden aangepakt voordat ze de projectmijlpalen in gevaar brengen.

• Je gaat vlot in gesprek met leveranciers, organiseert overleg wanneer nodig en escaleert risico's indien aangewezen, met behoud van constructieve langetermijnrelaties.

• Je kunt zelfstandig werken en prioriteiten stellen in een omgeving waarin meerdere projecten gelijktijdig lopen.

• Je werkt graag samen met verschillende afdelingen en begrijpt welke impact de prestaties van leveranciers hebben op planning, kwaliteit, voorraad, productie en NPI-projectmijlpalen.

• Je kunt goed omgaan met onvoorziene omstandigheden en ziet uitdagingen als kansen om oplossingen te vinden.

• Ervaring met een ERP-systeem is een sterke troef.

• Je beheerst het Nederlands uitstekend en kunt ook vlot communiceren in het Engels.
