Job Description

The ESG & Sustainability practice at Grant Thornton serves clients across the entire Sustainability reporting lifecycle, including readiness and gap assessments, climate/sustainability reporting implementation advisory, and assurance. The ESG & Sustainability team is comprised of innovative, curious professionals who bring assurance experience, technical depth, and industry insights to our clients. As progressive thinkers, each team member creates and transforms value to support our clients as they respond to an increasingly complex regulatory environment. Working with our team provides a unique and exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of Grant Thornton’s ESG & Sustainability practice. Senior associates are responsible for engagement-level leadership in critical areas such as supervision of junior team members, managing projects to budget, and engagement design and delivery. Senior associates can expect to support business development activities by supporting prospect presentations, contributing to the client experience, conducting ESG and company research, assisting with ESG deliverables, and helping to strategically identify subjects for thought leadership. Senior associates will have exposure to cross-border engagements, teaming with Grant Thornton member firms in international jurisdictions to serve complex, global clients.

  • Maintain ongoing understanding of relevant and emerging ESG issues, including the national and international regulatory environment and relevant reporting frameworks.
  • Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards, manage firm risk on engagements, and maintain strict client confidentiality.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
