Team Manager, Network

For en kunde, en stor dansk IT-leverendør, søger vi en Team Manager til et specialiseret netværksteam. Rollen kræver en leder, der både kan skabe følgeskab og samtidig forstå de tekniske diskussioner, som er en naturlig del af hverdagen i et højt specialiseret miljø.

Du bliver bindeleddet mellem forretning, kunder og teknik, og din evne til at kombinere ledelse med teknisk indsigt bliver afgørende for teamets succes. Du skal sikre, at medarbejderne har de rette rammer for at levere stabile og moderne netværksløsninger, samtidig med at du bidrager til den fortsatte udvikling af området.

Det er en rolle for dig, der trives med personaleledelse, men som også ønsker at være en faglig sparringspartner for erfarne specialister inden for enterprise-netværksinfrastruktur.

Dit ansvar og din indflydelse

  • Lede, udvikle og motivere et team bestående af 13 netværks- og infrastrukturspecialister.
  • Sikre høj faglig kvalitet og stabil drift inden for netværks- og datacenterområdet.
  • Agere teknisk sparringspartner for medarbejdere, kunder og interne interessenter.
  • Prioritere ressourcer og skabe de rette rammer for effektiv opgaveløsning.
  • Understøtte kompetenceudvikling, trivsel og performance i teamet.
  • Drive forbedringer, standardisering og udvikling af netværks- og infrastrukturservices.

Din profil

Det er vigtigt, at du:

  • Har solid ledererfaring med personaleansvar for tekniske specialister.
  • Har stærk teknisk forståelse inden for enterprise-netværk og datacenterinfrastruktur.
  • Har erfaring fra større enterprise-miljøer eller hosting-/driftsorganisationer.
  • Kan navigere sikkert i tekniske dialoger med både medarbejdere og kunder.
  • Har gode samarbejds- og stakeholder management-kompetencer.
  • Kommunikerer professionelt på dansk og engelsk.

Det er en fordel, hvis du:

  • Har erfaring med teknologier fra eksempelvis Cisco, Aruba, HPE eller Fortinet.
  • Har arbejdet i en Managed Services-, Hosting- eller IT-driftsorganisation.
