Assistant Manager – Supply Chain Management (SCM)

## Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic SCM Assistant Manager to manage and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory, logistics, and vendor management. The role requires strong analytical skills, process orientation, and the ability to drive efficiency across the supply chain.

## Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, planning, warehousing, and logistics. - Ensure optimal inventory levels and minimize stock-outs/excess inventory. - Handle vendor management, negotiations, and performance tracking. - Monitor and improve supply chain KPIs (cost, turnaround time (TAT), fill rate, etc.). - Coordinate with internal teams (sales, finance, operations) for demand planning and execution. - Drive process improvements and automation initiatives. - Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and company standards. - Analyze data to identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities. - Manage and resolve supply chain disruptions and escalations.

## Qualifications - Strong knowledge of supply chain processes & inventory management. - Experience in procurement, logistics, and vendor management. - Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), and data analysis. - Good understanding of demand planning & forecasting. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management. - Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.

## Preferred Skills - Experience in FMCG, e-commerce, retail, or manufacturing. - Knowledge of automation tools or data analytics is a plus.

## Experience 4–7 years in relevant supply chain roles.
