## Job Summary The Investor Servicing – AVP / VP will be responsible for managing the end-to-end investor lifecycle and servicing for Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) funds. The role involves ensuring seamless communication, query management, and reporting by coordinating closely with internal teams, fund administrators, and external stakeholders. The position contributes to maintaining high investor satisfaction and compliance with regulatory requirements, supporting the organization’s asset management and wealth management objectives.

## Responsibilities - Handle day-to-day investor servicing requirements of AIF investors through fund administrators. - Coordinate capital calls, drawdowns, and distribution communications with fund administrators. - Respond to investor queries efficiently via fund administrators. - Liaise with fund administrators (e.g., CAMS, KFin) for investor reporting and record maintenance. - Support the compliance team with regulatory filings and assist during audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews. - Coordinate with fund accountants and EAM operations teams to obtain quarterly NAV reports. - Review investor capital account statements and distribution statements for accuracy. - Circulate financial statements and track management fees, performance fees (carry), and fund expenses. - Coordinate with legal, compliance, trustees, and custodians for necessary approvals. - Act as the primary point of contact for investors, ensuring smooth stakeholder communication. - Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for senior management. - Support process improvements, automation, and system enhancements to optimize investor servicing operations.

## Qualifications - Educational Qualifications: MBA (Finance), M.Sc. (Finance), CA, CFA, or any relevant postgraduate degree. - Technical Skills: - Strong understanding of AIF structures (Category I, II, III). - Knowledge of capital calls, distributions, NAVs, and fund accounting basics. - Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools. - Soft Skills: - High attention to detail with a strong compliance orientation. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Customer-centric approach with a focus on investor experience. - Ability to manage multiple funds and investor relationships concurrently.

## Preferred Skills - Experience with retail investor-focused AIFs. - Familiarity with fund administrators such as CAMS, KFin, etc. - Knowledge of regulatory reporting standards and processes. - Experience in process automation and system enhancements.

## Experience - 10 to 15 years of experience in Asset Management / Wealth Management Investor Servicing. - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in AIF / PMS / PE / VC investor servicing roles.

## Environment - The role is based in Mumbai. - The work environment involves close coordination with internal teams, fund administrators, legal, compliance, trustees, and custodians. - The position may require handling multiple funds and investor relationships simultaneously, demanding strong organizational skills.
