AVP - Sales (West)

## Job Summary The AVP – Sales (West) will be responsible for driving the growth of Portfolio Management Services (PMS) and Alternative Investment Funds (AIF) Assets Under Management (AUM) within the Western market. The role involves building and maintaining strong distributor and channel relationships to expand the company's market presence and achieve strategic sales targets.

## Responsibilities - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase PMS and AIF AUM in the Western region. - Cultivate and strengthen relationships with distributors, financial advisors, and channel partners to generate new business opportunities. - Identify market trends and client needs to tailor investment solutions accordingly. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and servicing of clients. - Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management. - Represent ENAM at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and network.

## Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred. - Proven experience of 8+ years in sales within asset management, wealth management, or financial services. - Strong understanding of PMS, AIF, and the broader investment management industry. - Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills. - Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies. - Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite. - Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. - Knowledge of the Western market dynamics and distributor landscape.

## Preferred Skills - Existing network of distributor and channel partners in the Western region. - Prior experience working with high-net-worth clients and institutional investors. - Ability to analyze market data and generate actionable insights. - Multilingual skills relevant to the region.

## Experience Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in sales and business development within the financial services or asset management industry, with a focus on PMS/AIF products.

## Environment This role is based in Mumbai with a focus on the Western market. The work environment involves regular client interactions, industry events, and collaboration with internal teams. The position may require travel within the region to meet clients and partners.
