## Job Summary The Corporate Sales & Gifting Manager at Scarters is responsible for building and scaling the company's B2B and corporate gifting business. This role involves developing the gifting channel, acquiring new corporate clients, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships. The manager will play a key role in expanding the company's presence in the corporate and institutional sectors, ensuring the delivery of tailored gifting solutions and fostering long-term client relationships.

## Responsibilities - Build and grow Scarters’ corporate gifting and B2B sales channels. - Identify, target, and acquire new corporate clients and institutional accounts. - Develop and maintain relationships with HR, Admin, Procurement, and Corporate Gifting teams within client organizations. - Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure and order fulfillment. - Create customized gifting solutions aligned with client requirements and budgets. - Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets. - Identify new opportunities and partnerships to expand the B2B business footprint.

## Qualifications - 3–4 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate gifting, or institutional sales. - Proven ability to acquire and manage corporate clients. - Strong networking skills within corporate and institutional sectors. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills. - Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build a sales channel from scratch. - Experience working with consumer/lifestyle brands or in the gifting category is preferred. - Educational qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.

## Preferred Skills - Experience in strategic partnership development. - Knowledge of corporate procurement processes. - Ability to create tailored gifting solutions. - Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management software. - Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills.

## Experience - 3–4 years of relevant experience in B2B sales, corporate gifting, or institutional sales. - Demonstrated success in client acquisition and revenue growth within a similar industry.
