The company operates over 10 manufacturing facilities across West Bengal and Haryana. Under the brand OneHorn, NIPHA Farm Solutions designs, manufactures, and markets a comprehensive range of agricultural machinery. ## Preferred Skills - Multilingual capabilities relevant to the assigned region. - Experience in agricultural machinery or related industries. - Familiarity with international trade regulations and export documentation. - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms. - Strong organizational and pipeline management skills.

## Experience - At least 2 years of relevant B2B sales or business development experience. - Exposure to international markets, preferably within the agricultural or machinery sectors. - Experience in building and managing distributor/dealer networks.

## Environment This role is primarily remote with frequent international travel. The candidate will work in a dynamic, global environment, engaging with diverse markets and cultural contexts. Travel to various regions is expected approximately 2–3+ times per year, with additional trips as needed for trade shows and prospect meetings.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
