Business Development Manager - Gift Cards & Rewards and Recognition

## Job Summary We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to grow our gift card business and scale our rewards and recognition vertical. This role presents a unique opportunity to build from the ground up for someone entrepreneurial who wants to shape a business rather than just manage an existing one. If you’re excited by the challenge of building something, we want to hear from you! We need someone who thinks outside the box and is willing to roll up their sleeves to drive real growth.

## Responsibilities - Drive sales and expansion of our gift card business across new and existing accounts. - Build and grow our B2B rewards and recognition vertical, including channel rewards and employee recognition and reward programs. - Identify new business opportunities, open doors, and close deals. - Develop and manage relationships with heads of sales and marketing across target industries. - Own the growth strategy for your verticals and execute against it.

## Qualifications - 5-7 years of experience in gift card sales, B2B channel rewards programs, and employee recognition and reward programs. - Extensive connections with heads of sales and marketing departments across Global Capability Centres (GCCs), technology companies, banks, and consumer durable companies. - An entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset and the drive to build a business. - Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

## Preferred Skills - Skills in strategic planning and execution. - Familiarity with digital marketing and sales strategies. - Knowledge of reward management systems and platforms. - Analytical skills for assessing market trends and developing innovative solutions.

## Experience - Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in business development or sales, preferably within the gift card or rewards space.

## Environment - This position is based in India and may involve traveling to meet clients and partner organizations.
