## Job Summary The Business Manager – Growth at Fixxly will be responsible for expanding and managing the Architects & Interior Designers (AID) channel in Bangalore. The role involves building strong relationships within the design community, driving material sales, and ensuring the growth of the company's presence and revenue through strategic engagement with design studios, architects, and interior designers. This position plays a crucial role in establishing long-term partnerships and enhancing brand trust within the interior design and architecture ecosystem.

## Responsibilities - Source and engage leads within the architecture and interior design ecosystem in Bangalore. - Build and manage relationships with design studios, architects, and interior designers to promote repeat material orders. - Conduct field sales visits, client meetings, and follow-ups to convert prospects into long-term accounts. - Understand client project pipelines and proactively recommend relevant material categories to meet their needs. - Track and report on lead funnel metrics, conversion rates, and account growth to inform strategic decisions. - Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and category teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and high client satisfaction. - Represent Fixxly’s value proposition to the design community and foster long-term brand trust.

## Qualifications - 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in a field-sales or B2B relationship-driven role. - Experience working with or selling to companies such as Livspace, Bonito, Spacewood, Truue, Home Interio, The Hub, Decorpot, or similar interior design/architecture firms. - Strong communication and relationship-building skills. - Proven ability to manage a lead pipeline independently. - Educational qualifications: Not specified, but relevant experience in sales or related fields preferred. - Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking. - Knowledge of the interior design or architecture industry is a plus.
