## Job Summary The Channel Head will be responsible for owning online sales ranging from e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms for a newly launched nutraceutical product line. This role comes with full accountability for revenue generation, negotiating platform terms, and managing inventory. As the first commercial hire, you will develop the sales channel from scratch and ensure alignment with business objectives.

## Responsibilities - E-commerce & quick-commerce sales Own sales performance across marketplaces (like Amazon and Nykaa) and quick-commerce apps (such as Blinkit and Zepto). Negotiate platform terms and trade economics to protect margins while securing shelf space.

- Forecasting & channel economics Forecast channel-level demand to inform production planning and manage inventory allocation to ensure capital efficiency and avoid excess stock.

- Growth & optimization Run continuous tests on listing content, pricing, and promotional strategies to enhance conversion rates and encourage repeat purchases.

- Partnerships Collaborate with the Brand & Content Head on creating compelling listings and work with the Performance Marketing Lead on advertising initiatives that align with business goals.

## Qualifications - Experience 5-8+ years in e-commerce and quick-commerce channel management, preferably in FMCG, nutraceuticals, or D2C wellness and beauty sectors.

  • Proven negotiation skills and experience with platform category managers.
  • Strong understanding of unit economics including margins, fees, and trade spend.
  • Capacity to build an online sales channel from the ground up.

- Education Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

## Preferred Skills - Experience launching a new nutraceuticals or wellness brand online. - Established relationships with key category buyers in e-commerce or quick-commerce. - Familiarity with inventory planning driven by minimum order quantities (MOQ). - Background in mother and baby products, women’s health, or categories emphasizing trust.

## Experience - A minimum of 5-8 years in relevant fields with a proven track record in managing e-commerce channels.

## Environment This position is located in Gurgaon and is a full-time, open role. The work environment will require adaptability as the project is in its initial phases, and the candidate will need to manage responsibilities effectively within a fast-paced startup culture.
