## Job Summary The Cluster Manager is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing sales, operations, and allied branch functions across multiple locations within a designated cluster. The role involves managing key relationships with distribution channels, driving business development, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The position contributes to the organization’s growth by expanding market reach, optimizing operational efficiency, and nurturing talent for future leadership roles.

## Responsibilities - Achieve Sales Targets for the entire cluster and its mapped branches by formulating and executing effective strategies across all business segments. - Develop and implement strategies for business growth, ensuring diligent deployment of targets across segments such as IFAs, National Distributors, Banks, PSU & Co-op Banks. - Manage Relationship Management activities, including maintaining and enhancing relationships with Corporate & SMEs, Distributors, Agents, and Banks within the cluster to foster business growth. - Drive Market & Industry Analysis to identify new business opportunities, monitor sales patterns, and increase sales volume. - Oversee Team Performance, including regular monitoring of individual productivity, conducting periodic business reviews, and ensuring proper training for all team members. - Ensure Compliance with regulatory requirements and support process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

## Qualifications - Educational Qualifications: MBA or Chartered Accountant (C.A) - Certifications: AMFI certification (mandatory) - Experience: Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 1 year in a similar role - Technical Skills: - Strong understanding of sales and distribution channels - Key account management skills - Market knowledge and extensive networking abilities - Product knowledge - Soft Skills: - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Leadership and team management capabilities - Confident and assertive personality - Attention to detail

## Preferred Skills - Experience in managing large teams and multiple distribution channels - Ability to develop strategic business plans - Strong analytical skills for market and industry analysis - Ability to motivate and manage a diverse team - Familiarity with regulatory compliance and process refinement

## Experience - At least 10 years of relevant experience in sales, distribution, or related roles - Proven track record of managing large teams and achieving sales targets - Experience working with corporate clients, SMEs, and distribution channels

## Environment - The role involves working across multiple locations with a mix of in-office and field activities. - The position requires frequent travel within the cluster to oversee operations, meet clients, and conduct team reviews. - The work environment is dynamic, fast-paced, and requires a high level of adaptability and strategic thinking.
