## Job Summary The Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring that all store and company compliances are maintained in order. This role will work closely with the legal team to ensure that all records and regulations are upheld in accordance with industry standards and company policies. The primary goal is to uphold the highest standards of compliance across all operations.

## Responsibilities - Oversee and manage compliance requirements for both store and company policies. - Maintain accurate records of all compliance activities and documentation. - Collaborate with the legal team to ensure all compliance standards are met and maintained. - Conduct regular audits to assess compliance levels and identify any areas for improvement. - Develop and implement compliance training programs for staff to ensure adherence to policies. - Stay informed about regulatory changes and update compliance procedures accordingly.

## Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Law, or Compliance). - Strong understanding of compliance regulations and best practices. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. - Strong analytical skills to assess compliance metrics and reports. - Experience in compliance roles or related fields preferred.

## Preferred Skills - Familiarity with compliance software and management systems. - Certification in compliance or regulatory management is a plus (e.g., Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional - CCEP).
