## Job Summary We are looking for a Content Marketer to own the words that move buyers. You will craft content across the funnel, from SEO blog posts that draw in demand to sales enablement assets that assist in closing it. This hands-on writing role on a small marketing team means you'll deliver a significant volume of work, own your outcomes, and see your contributions reflected in the sales pipeline. You will collaborate closely with the marketing lead to communicate technical capabilities in a manner that security directors, CXOs, and asset managers find engaging and insightful.

## Responsibilities - Own the content calendar across blog, LinkedIn, email, and web platforms. - Write SEO-driven blog posts and landing pages that rank well and convert effectively. - Create sales enablement assets including one-pagers, case studies, battlecards, and outbound sequences. - Develop compelling case studies backed by real data. - Write and edit LinkedIn content for the company page and executive team. - Create vertical-specific messaging for sectors such as multifamily, hospitality, student housing, and automotive. - Track content performance and leverage insights to guide future writing initiatives.

## Qualifications - 4-5 years of content marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS. - A strong portfolio of published work that you have authored. - Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and understanding of how content drives the sales pipeline. - Ability to collaborate effectively with the sales and product teams to source relevant material. - Self-directed with the capability to take a rough brief and produce a finished asset. - Excellent written English with a plain, direct style. - Ability to produce deep content with minimal reliance on AI tools.

## Preferred Skills - Experience in marketing to real estate, security, facilities, or operations buyers. - Familiarity with tools like Webflow, Ahrefs, Semrush, or other relevant AI tools. - Skills in video scripting or basic design. - Experience in an early-stage startup where you had the opportunity to build from scratch.

## Experience - 4-5 years of relevant experience in content marketing.
