Design Manager - Premium Luxury Experience

## Job Summary The Design Manager is responsible for leading the design team to create exceptional, high-end luxury experiences that align with the company's premium brand standards. This role involves overseeing the conceptualization, development, and execution of innovative design solutions that elevate the customer experience and reinforce the company's reputation in the luxury market.

## Responsibilities - Lead and manage the design team to develop creative concepts that reflect the brand’s premium and luxury positioning. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and executive leadership to ensure design consistency and excellence. - Oversee the entire design process from initial concept through to final implementation, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained. - Stay updated on industry trends, luxury market insights, and innovative design practices to incorporate into projects. - Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to deliver designs on schedule and within scope. - Present design ideas and concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and enhance the final output.

## Qualifications - Proven experience in design management, preferably within the luxury or premium segment. - Strong portfolio demonstrating innovative and high-quality design work. - Excellent leadership and team management skills. - Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, CAD, or other relevant tools. - Exceptional visual, conceptual, and strategic thinking abilities. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Architecture, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. - Knowledge of luxury market trends and customer preferences.

## Preferred Skills - Experience working with high-profile clients or luxury brands. - Ability to translate brand identity into compelling design solutions. - Strong project management skills with experience in overseeing multiple projects simultaneously. - Fluency in additional languages is a plus.

## Experience - Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in design, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or leadership role within the luxury or premium industry.

## Environment - The role may involve working in a corporate office setting, with potential for remote or hybrid work arrangements. - The environment is fast-paced, creative, and collaborative, requiring adaptability and attention to detail. - Occasional travel may be required for client meetings, industry events, or site visits.
