## Responsibilities - Manage and resolve customer inquiries through various communication channels effectively and timely. - Provide accurate information regarding products and services to enhance customer understanding. - Handle customer complaints and follow up to ensure satisfactory resolution. - Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records for future reference. - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and ensure a seamless service experience. - Continuously seek to improve service delivery and identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction.

## Qualifications - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software. - Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts effectively. - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Basic knowledge of the company’s products and services. - High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.

## Preferred Skills - Experience in a customer service role or similar position. - Familiarity with customer service best practices and standards. - Bilingual abilities can be an advantage in diverse customer interactions.
