## Job Summary The Customer Success Engineer at CashFlo will support the deployment, configuration, and ongoing technical success of the CashFlo platform for enterprise customers. This role combines hands-on technical work with direct customer interaction, ensuring smooth integrations, troubleshooting issues, and translating customer requirements into actionable feedback for product and engineering teams. The position plays a critical role in enhancing customer satisfaction and platform stability, contributing to the company's mission of transforming finance and accounting processes in India.

## Responsibilities - Deployment and onboarding: Support the deployment of the CashFlo platform for enterprise clients, collaborating with senior engineers on complex go-lives. Configure integrations, workflows, environment-specific setups, and assist with post-deployment stabilization. - Customer interaction and requirement gathering: Act as the primary technical contact for assigned customers, understanding their business flows, data needs, and system constraints. Translate these insights into clear technical inputs for Product and Engineering teams. - Production support (L1 and L2): Handle first and second-level support for customer-reported issues, conducting detailed analysis and escalating to engineering when necessary. Debug data, integration, performance, and infrastructure issues, and support incident response. - Data, integrations, and documentation: Troubleshoot ETL pipelines and data workflows across APIs, databases, and file-based integrations. Support data ingestion, transformation, validation, and reconciliation. Create deployment guides, runbooks, internal documentation, and relay customer feedback, gaps, and edge cases to product teams.

## Qualifications - 2–4 years of experience in customer-facing technical roles such as technical support (L1/L2), deployment, implementation, or solutions engineering. - Working knowledge of Java (Spring Boot) or Python. - Proficiency with PostgreSQL. - Understanding of ETL pipelines and data workflows; experience with SQL, APIs, and monitoring/logging tools. - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, and familiarity with cloud networking fundamentals. - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Educational qualifications: BTech, BSc, MTech, or equivalent.

## Preferred Skills - Experience with SaaS, fintech, or enterprise platforms. - Exposure to ERP systems (e.g., SAP) or finance and accounting workflows. - Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.

## Experience - 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in technical customer support, deployment, or solutions engineering roles.

## Environment - The role is based in Mumbai, Andheri East, with a typical work setting in an office environment. The position involves direct customer interaction, technical troubleshooting, and collaboration with engineering teams. The work may require handling complex integrations and supporting enterprise clients.
