## Job Summary The Data Analyst at Powerhouse 91 is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to support strategic decision-making. The role involves transforming raw data into actionable insights, creating reports, and visualizations that help the organization optimize operations and achieve its goals.

## Responsibilities - Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from various sources to ensure data accuracy and integrity. - Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that can inform business strategies. - Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide analytical support. - Present insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Support data-driven decision-making processes by providing timely and relevant analysis.

## Qualifications - Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R. - Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights clearly. - Educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field. - Knowledge of database management and data warehousing concepts. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

## Preferred Skills - Experience with machine learning algorithms and predictive modeling. - Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. - Knowledge of scripting languages for automation. - Prior experience in the industry relevant to Powerhouse 91’s domain.
