## Job Summary We are seeking a self-motivated and results-driven Deal Lead to generate new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with corporate clients. The role involves identifying prospects, engaging with clients, presenting proposals, and closing deals through effective business-to-business sales strategies. The successful candidate will contribute to the organization’s growth by expanding the client base within the manufacturing industry, specifically targeting SME and Mid-Corporate segments.

## Responsibilities - Identify SME and Mid-Corporate clients (turnover of Rs. 100 crore – Rs. 1,000 crore) in the manufacturing industry and reach out to CFOs, Promoters, Treasury Heads, and Finance Heads via online platforms, existing client references, and SKV Capital’s database. - Establish initial contact and schedule meetings with key decision-makers such as CFOs, Promoters, Treasury Heads, and Finance Heads. - Conduct client meetings to explain product/service features, benefits, and suitability to client needs. - Share proposals, negotiate terms, and follow up regularly to secure client acceptance. - Support SKV Capital’s analyst team in coordinating transactions with lenders including Banks, NBFCs, AIFs, and Leasing companies for sanctioning and disbursement. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to maximize business opportunities and cross-selling.

## Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree, CA, or Post Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field. - 2 to 4 years of experience in SME, Mid-Corporate, or Commercial Banking, NBFC, Investment Banking, or Consulting. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. - Self-motivated, energetic, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.

## Preferred Skills - Experience in client acquisition and relationship management within the manufacturing sector. - Knowledge of financial products and services related to corporate finance. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

## Experience - 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in business development, corporate banking, or investment banking roles, particularly with SME and Mid-Corporate clients.
