## Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Distribution professional to spearhead the growth and expansion of our wealth distribution business in Pune. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and nurturing relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs), Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNIs), family offices, wealth managers, distributors, and institutional partners. The role involves driving distribution across a range of investment products including Mutual Funds, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), and Alternative Investment Funds (AIF). This is an individual contributor role with the opportunity to build the distribution franchise from the ground up, contributing significantly to the organization’s growth objectives.

## Responsibilities - Drive business development and distribution of investment products such as PMS, AIFs, and Mutual Funds. - Build and manage relationships with HNIs, UHNIs, family offices, wealth advisors, Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs), corporate treasuries, and institutional clients. - Develop the Pune market and establish a strong regional distribution network. - Generate Assets Under Management (AUM) through both direct and partner channels. - Manage B2C (HNI/UHNI clients) and B2B (distributors, IFAs, wealth partners, banks, national distributors) distribution relationships. - Identify and establish new distribution partnerships and strategic alliances. - Collaborate closely with Investment and Product teams to position investment solutions effectively. - Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and investor requirements to refine the firm’s distribution strategy. - Represent the organization at investor meetings, wealth events, and industry forums.

## Qualifications - 10+ years of experience in Wealth Management, Asset Management, PMS, AIF, or Mutual Fund distribution. - Strong understanding of HNI/UHNI investment products and wealth advisory. - Existing relationships in the Pune wealth ecosystem are highly preferred. - Proven experience managing both: - B2C (HNI/UHNI clients) - B2B (Distributors, IFAs, Wealth Partners, Banks, National Distributors) - Demonstrated ability to acquire and grow AUM. - Excellent communication, networking, and stakeholder management skills. - Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build a business from scratch. - Educational qualifications are not explicitly specified but a background in finance, management, or related fields is preferred.
