## Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Dispatch Executive to manage the timely dispatch of goods, coordinate with logistics partners, and ensure smooth order fulfillment. The ideal candidate should be organized, responsive, and capable of handling multiple dispatch operations efficiently.

## Responsibilities - Plan and execute daily dispatch operations as per delivery schedules. - Coordinate with warehouse, logistics partners, and transport vendors. - Ensure accurate packing, labeling, and documentation of shipments. - Track shipments and provide timely updates to internal teams and customers. - Maintain dispatch records, invoices, and delivery challans. - Resolve any dispatch-related issues such as delays, damages, or shortages. - Monitor inventory movement and ensure proper stock handling during dispatch. - Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

## Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field. - 1–4 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse operations. - Good knowledge of dispatch documentation and processes. - Familiarity with ERP systems and MS Excel. - Strong coordination and communication skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

## Preferred Skills - Experience in e-commerce, manufacturing, or distribution industry. - Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. - Ability to handle multiple shipments and deadlines efficiently.
