## Job Summary The Senior Engineering Leader will be responsible for driving the engineering vision and strategy in a high-growth environment. This role aims to lead technical innovation and refine processes to ensure the continuous improvement and effectiveness of engineering teams, contributing to the organization’s strategic goals.

## Responsibilities - Lead and mentor engineering teams, fostering an environment of innovation and continuous improvement. - Drive the development and execution of projects focusing on embedded systems, real-time video streaming, and AI/ML integration. - Oversee the integration and deployment of robust cloud infrastructure and web/mobile applications. - Build and scale engineering teams effectively to support rapid organizational growth. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence product development and ensure alignment with business goals. - Implement structured problem-solving practices and a customer-first approach in project execution.

## Qualifications - Experience: 15+ years in software/hardware engineering, with at least 5+ years in senior leadership roles (Director/VP) particularly in high-growth startups or software platforms. - Technical Depth: Strong expertise in embedded systems, real-time video streaming, AI/ML integration, cloud infrastructure, and web/mobile applications. - Domain Advantage: Experience in telematics, fleet tech, automotive systems, or IoT platforms is highly desirable. - Leadership Acumen: Proven ability to build and scale engineering teams while managing through ambiguity and driving rapid growth. - Execution Excellence: Strong bias for action, with a structured approach to problem-solving and a commitment to a customer-first mindset. - Communication: Ability to influence and engage effectively across technical, business, and external stakeholders. - Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.

## Preferred Skills - Experience in strategic planning and execution of technology roadmaps. - Proficiency in industry trends and emerging technologies related to embedded systems and IoT.

## Experience - At least 15 years in relevant fields, with significant experience in senior leadership roles within high-growth environments.
