## Job Summary The Equity Research Analyst will be responsible for conducting comprehensive company and sector research, developing detailed financial models, and performing valuation analyses. The role involves analyzing financial statements, monitoring industry trends, and providing actionable investment recommendations to support the organization’s investment decisions. The candidate will contribute to the firm’s investment strategies by leveraging strong financial expertise and sector-specific knowledge.

## Responsibilities - Conduct in-depth research on companies and industry sectors to identify investment opportunities. - Build and maintain detailed financial models and valuation frameworks to assess company worth. - Analyze financial statements to evaluate company performance and financial health. - Track and interpret industry trends, economic indicators, and market developments. - Prepare and present detailed reports and investment recommendations to the investment team. - Collaborate with the investment team to refine research insights and support decision-making processes.

## Qualifications - 5-10 years of experience in equity research, preferably with exposure to specific sectors. - Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statement analysis. - Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation methodologies. - Excellent analytical, quantitative, and research skills. - Ability to interpret industry data and macroeconomic factors. - Strong communication skills for presenting research findings. - Educational qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; CFA certification preferred. - Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial data platforms.

## Preferred Skills - Sector-specific expertise in industries such as technology, healthcare, or consumer goods. - Experience with advanced financial modeling techniques. - Familiarity with Bloomberg, FactSet, or similar financial data services. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.

## Experience - 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in equity research or financial analysis. - Proven track record of producing actionable investment insights and recommendations.

## Environment - The role may be based in an office setting, with potential for hybrid work arrangements. - The work involves extensive research, data analysis, and report preparation. - The environment demands high attention to detail and the ability to work under deadlines.

## Salary - Fixed Compensation: ₹50 LPA (Lakh Per Annum).
