Role Overview

The Exports Manager will be responsible for driving and managing the company's international business and export operations. The role will involve expanding market presence across international territories, developing relationships with global clients and partners, and ensuring seamless execution of export activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute export strategies to expand market penetration across international territories.
  • Build and manage relationships with international clients, distributors, and business partners.
  • Identify and develop new international markets and business opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and export documentation.
  • Coordinate with logistics and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
  • Monitor international market trends, competition, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to align international business initiatives with overall organizational objectives.
  • Represent the organization at relevant international exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related discipline.
  • 7+ years of experience in export management, international sales, or international business.
  • Experience within the healthcare, medical devices, medical equipment, or allied industries would be preferred.
  • Strong understanding of international trade regulations, export documentation, customs, and compliance.
  • Proven experience in managing international clients, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, relationship-management, and business development skills.
  • Exposure to market research and international market expansion.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.

Role Environment

The role will be based in an office environment with regular interaction across internal teams and international stakeholders. The position will also involve international travel for client meetings, business development, and industry exhibitions.
